1. Acceptance of Terms By using the software provided by ASSISTTECH CORP., you agree to be bound by these terms. 

2. License and Access Software is licensed per device on a monthly basis, managed via UUID. Transfer is not allowed. 

3. Payment and Billing Monthly payments are required per device. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination. 

4. Technical Support Support includes installation and usage help only. No guarantee for third-party compatibility. 

5. Limitations of Use You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or alter the software. U.S. business use only. 

6. Termination Licenses may be terminated if terms are violated. 

7. Governing Law This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA.
